نص الاتفاق بين قوات سوريا الديمقراطية والحكومة السورية

تم الاتفاق على إيقاف إطلاق النار بين الحكومة السورية وقوات سوريا الديمقراطية بموجب اتفاق شامل، مع التفاهم على عملية دمج متسلسلة للقوات العسكرية والإدارية بين الجانبين. يشمل الاتفاق انسحاب القوات العسكرية من نقاط التماس، ودخول قوات الأمن التابعة لوزارة الداخلية إلى مركز مدينتي الحسكة والقامشلي وبدء عملية دمج القوات الأمنية في المنطقة، وتشكيل فرقة عسكرية تضم ثلاثة ألوية من قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، إضافة إلى تشكيل لواء لقوات كوباني ضمن فرقة تابعة لمحافظة حلب. كما يتضمن الاتفاق دمج مؤسسات الإدارة الذاتية ضمن مؤسسات الدولة السورية مع تثبيت الموظفين المدنيين. كما تم الاتفاق على تسوية الحقوق المدنية والتربوية للشعب الكردي، وضمان عودة النازحين إلى مناطقهم. يهدف الاتفاق إلى توحيد الأراضي السورية وتحقيق عملية الدمج الكامل في المنطقة عبر تعزيز التعاون بين الأطراف المعنية وتوحيد الجهود لإعادة بناء البلاد.

“Where are you from?” one of the gunmen, who appeared to be the commander, asked.

“Raqqa,” Mohammed responded. “Kurdish or Arab?” the gunman asked. “Kurds, but we don’t belong to any armed or political party,” Mohammed replied.

“Kill all the adults,” the commander shouted. The family tried to get out of the vehicle to plead for their lives. Mohammed was immediately shot in the head by one of the gunmen.

The US & int’l community must press for Syrian Government to stop attacks and to stay out of Kurdish majority areas also filled with Christian, Yazidis, and other minorities at risk of ethnic cleansing.

There is a way to integrate NE Syria into the Syrian Government by preserving their local security and governance. That would protect these communities and give Syria a better chance of peace and stability.

The massacre against our Kurdish friends in Rojava, Syria.

All this follows a closed session of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, chaired by the Committee Chairman, MK Boaz Bismuth,
and a meeting between the President of the Kurdish Community, Yehuda Ben Yosef, and the Committee Chairman and its members,
for the purpose of building a parliamentary lobby on the issue.

The motion for the agenda was brought to a vote in the Israeli Parliament and passed by a majority of votes.
In order for it to enter into force, two additional votes are required going forward.
