After back and forth with customer relations we were only offer a $25 credit and no follow up after several emails @AmericanAir is this how you treat advantage members??

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience than with what we’ve dealt with @AmericanAir today.

First our flight in Greensboro was delayed multiple times, then it got so delayed that we would miss our connection flight to Kansas City.

This is NOT OK @AmericanAir — this is the worst customer service experience I have had. Customer service has not called back and their staff has left for the night — leaving behind hundreds of people stranded

then we experienced several delays between 10 pm and 2 am until it was finally cancelled due to not having a pilot. Not because of the weather. Now we are forced to spend the night in the airport until the next flight at 9 am and that’s not guaranteed because we are on standby.

Then the flight was cancelled all together. We were told by American Airlines staff to take an Uber to Charlotte(1.5 Hours) to get a straight flight to Kansas City. We get to Charlotte after a $150 Uber ride
