Combined diagnostic criteria needs looking at when a girl can be diagnosed SPD, APD and ADHD but they won't diagnose autism because she talks too much.
1st, talking a lot does not mean she's not autistic.
2nd, you've just diagnosed her ADHD. Isn't it likely she impulsively talks?

It’s almost like LAs etc adopted this idea that if they keep info secret, lie, do their absolute minimum, less where poss, they’d save tons of money. But their corrupt & back door ways were never hidden. They just refuse to accept we know! Denial over admittance!

Politics and money are big drivers behind these changes. Folk have short memories too.
