Just woke up four days into half-term to find I'd still not left my SEN SEMH shithouse school. I am drained and my employers are fake and have never had the wellbeing of staff at heart....the reason why there's an #SEN cash crisis is because it's all about money

Does anyone else get the urge to scream, when a kid asks a question containing the phrase "...in your day...?" Mate, it's STILL my day! My day is still going on! I'M STILL HERE, ENJOYING MY DAY!!!"

@Hannah_Digest .... you're pretty much a slave and a punchbag as the HT reserves the right to allow the restraining of children in a higher band. The more a child is worth freer it's reigns.

Children should not be allowed into school unless they've taken their medication. This should be a non-negotiable. Disruptive behaviour can be avoided in so many cases and this is the least headteachers should demand in the interest of staff and pupils mental health

@jayapathak_ If racists don't want to be treated by BME staff in the NHS it should be their right....it might cost them their life, but it would be testimony to their convictions or stupidity

@FionaDiomond NO....and they're the biggest drain on social services and the public purse. The NHS have worked so well in keeping people alive and kicking it's impacting the system. So keep on contributing if you're going to keep taking.
