Meet the adult surgical team!
The final week of the medical mission has officially kicked off! This past weekend, we received the adult surgical @VOOMFdn volunteer team at the Dame Irene Okwuosa who will be performing the last leg of operations.
Next week, we will be offering FREE medical services at the Dame Irene Okwuosa Memorial Hospital at Oraifite LGA, Anambra during our biannual Community Health Fair. We will be screening and treating common ailments as well as free glasses for patients experiencing bad eye sight.
We said our heartfelt goodbyes yesterday as the VOOM Foundation pediatric surgery team departed Oraifite, Anambra state yesterday.
We are grateful for the lives saved, memories made and the knowledge shared between VOOM and the Dame Irene Okwuosa Memorial Hospital teams.
