SFAIDS Foundation runs this mobile unit. They already see how terrible the area is. They come out here and set up in one of the deadliest drug areas they don’t offer people no way out of this drug crisis. They don’t council anyone about their drug use. They don’t offer them no type of treatment and no way out of there situation, but they believe this is the right thing to do is to give them more instruments to use drugs
