New La Liga season is less than 24 hours away,

The talent in that top left corner for Real Madrid is mad. Six players who could become the best in the world at their positions and majority of them not even in their prime yet.
@analyticsLaLiga i need to get back on it! finding it hard to balance things but hoping to get back to it once things are more settled. hope you are well
Top 10 players for attacking sequence involvement in Segunda this season (per 90 averages).
No surprise to see the players at the top, but interesting that Adrià Altimira makes the list as the only defender on there. The ex-Barça man having a very good season at RB for Andorra.
What La Liga teams might be really good at defending their box in open play?
Looking at the end locations of opponent passes in the final 3rd & % of completions into box can help us
Mallorca/Getafe allow very few completions into the box. Almería/Real Valladolid the opposite

Lee Dixon:
“João Felix is going to have to learn this isn’t Spanish football; that might be a free kick any day in Spain but not here. This is the the Premier League.”
Said so matter of factly.
Premier League elitism is truly disgusting

Dani Ceballos vs Elche | La Liga 22-23
Ceballos has become vital for Real Madrid now. He ability to act as a tempo setter, his vertical line breaking passing & progression on the ball makes him such an important asset. Works hard off the ball as well.
at what point do psg try to win the champions league without three forwards who do no defensive work.
sure, you can afford to have one of messi, neymar or mbappe but 3 just seems excessive- especially considering football is becoming more and more about systems
