Portal venous gas vs. pneumobilia. Both have branching patterns, but PV gas (blue) more peripheral, pneumobilia (orange) more central. PV gas suspicious for bowel ischemia. Pneumobilia often from prior surgery/ERCP, can be seen w/ biliary enteric fistula.
