@OwenMonkWHU@Horny_Hammer@BallerBowenSZN Newcastles an hour north of Boro don't know why you would stay up in Newcastle, although you wouldn't want to stay in Boro either
@UTFB97@clapa929 Yeah, I just think you're looking at potentially leaving the stadium at 8-8:15 if Boro won on Pens, the last people out will be waiting half hour for a tube, and it's 40 mins from Wembley Park to Kings Cross then 10 mins out the Tube across to your platform
@UTFB97@clapa929 Quite simple really:
The last two trains leave London to Darlo at 9:30 and 10:05 I think
You would struggle big style to make 9:30 at Kings Cross if you kicked off at 4:30 and it went to ET and Pens and Boro won (trophy lift etc)
Sounds ridiculous but it's true
🚨Football in 2026 is a complete MESS
- Southampton win over 210 minutes, then Middlesbrough take their place despite losing, completely ruining Hull preparation.
- Celtic practically handed the SPL by VAR.
- Arsenal given the Premier League title thanks to VAR.
- Senegal protest an incorrect VAR call, go on to win the game, then have the AFCON taken off them.
Football should be decided between 22 blokes on a pitch not in offices or VAR rooms. Absolute shambles. It’s not football anymore.
The fact they have reinstated Boro is an absolute joke.
Kicking Southampton out was the correct thing to do, but Hull should have gone up.
Why do Boro get a second crack at it?
Basically just want their pay day.
