China Software International (HKEX: 00354) has signed a strategic partnership with Moonshot AI — the company behind @Kimi_Moonshot — dubbed the "Moon Landing Plan."

The deal introduces an industry-first token revenue-sharing model: Chinasoft's income is tied directly to the token consumption from large-model API calls. The two will build a joint FDE innovation lab and target the power industry first, on Chinasoft's AllMeta OS and Moonshot's Kimi K3 stack.

Recurring token-usage revenue is framed as the core long-term growth driver.

The stock rallied more than 20% intraday on the news.
