I'm building a web based fast paced grand strategy game. You battle with hundreds of players on huge maps.
The goal is to build stuff, send warships, fire nukes at each other, and ultimately conquer most of the map.

The code is open source: https://t.co/F3taIsYYGP
Built with deterministic randomness too - use --seed flag for reproducible games.
Give it a try and let me know if you can rule without being compared to Nero!

Just published my terminal game "Hammurabi" - a Rust recreation of the 1968 BASIC classic! 🎮
You're the ancient ruler of Babylon. Manage grain, land, and people through 10 years of tribulation. Make the wrong choices and your people starve.

My favorite part: the original Hammurabi was one of the first strategy games ever created (1968!). It taught resource management through simple mechanics:
- Buy/sell land
- Plant crops
- Feed your people
- Hope the rats don't eat everything
Still holds up 56 years later.

Considering how buggy their other apps are (looking at you Music), Safari still has a way to go but it's on the right track.
At least I hope tab groups got fixed as they'd just randomly resurrect old tabs before and lose opened ones.
This is sad.

New Safari profiles are useless for me. They live in completely separate windows, which breaks the workflow if you use Safari in fullscreen.
If you try to use the clunky switch to go to another profile it ignores the existing window and opens a new one.

This is a complete failure of an update. They just needed to follow other browsers but they decided to ship something different, it being unusable and impractical.
I was really looking forward to this but I guess I need to keep using other browsers.

@jseparovic1@dkarlovi @RevolutApp Not to mention they manage to surprise you with some sort of a limit every time you want to make a larger purchase, and they keep resetting those.
Here's a brief glimpse of our INCREDIBLE near future.
