uncs remember what feels like just yesterday when uber was the anti regulatory hero, crusading across the metropoles of the world against rent collection of taxi services. I remember when uber was a real player in ai research too. life comes at you blindingly fast
Dude's hardware business is basically the greatest Apple heist, and now he's talking about why hardware is not possible in space to the man who literally caught a 22-story building in mid-air
The path to launch is filled with obstacles and success is only possible through the tireless efforts of many working together towards a common goal. “Critical Path” continues the ongoing Starship series, following SpaceX engineers through the final days before launch of the first Starship V3 and the challenges that come with development of the world’s most powerful and fully reusable rocket.
After five years on the road, the average EV will still be able to drive up to 95% of its original range. Industry experts think newfound knowledge of battery durability is a game-changer for consumer confidence in EVs. https://t.co/MA8mGFzNEs
Tesla is making lithium refining cleaner, faster, and more scalable
Redefining lithium production for sustainability
Tesla: "Our in-house battery processing capabilities are complemented by the recent completion of our Gulf Coast lithium refinery, where we produce lithium more sustainably through technological innovation and by managing environmental impact
The refinery will become North America's largest lithium refinery, producing 20,000 metric tons annually (approximately 30 GWh) of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate. This will use the world's first commercial-scale alkaline leach process, which streamlines production by reducing processing steps and eliminating sulfuric acid.
The advancements used in this refinery reduce reagent consumption and cut GHG emissions by over 30% compared to the traditional hard rock refining methods, therefore reducing our supply chain impact
Our Gulf Coast lithium refinery also recycles most of its water. Any discharge is monitored for permit compliance and environmental stewardship. Our lithium conversion technology reduces total water discharge by 80% compared to the industrial acid-alkaline process”
Tesla’s 2025 Impact Report makes one thing very clear:
FSD (Supervised) is already making roads safer
Tesla drivers using FSD (Supervised) saw:
• 8x fewer major collisions
• 7x fewer minor collisions
• 6x fewer off-highway collisions
Compared to the U.S. national average
And Tesla is expanding FSD access globally
Human driving kills about 1.19 million people globally every year. Many of those lives could be saved with autonomy
It could become one of the biggest safety upgrades in transportation history
Thought-Controlled Robotics is now very real and it's happening with Neuralink
Neuralink recipients are already playing multiplayer video games with their minds, not with their hands, but with pure thought
A paralyzed Neuralink patient, Alex Conley, just controlled a robotic arm using only his thoughts - then piloted a drone with his mind
Meanwhile, another patient, Jon L. Noble, is now playing World of Warcraft hands-free using only brain signals
People who were once completely paralyzed are now interacting with the physical and digital world using nothing but their thoughts
The Neuralink implant has given them a second chance at life, restoring independence they had lost
Elon did not just build a company. He gave people their lives back and giving them hope for a second chance at life
In IIHS pedestrian front crash prevention tests, @Cybertruck avoided every single collision – daytime, nighttime & different angles
It was also the only pickup to earn Top Safety Pick+ (highest award) in 2026

This blatantly irresponsible reporting does more harm to people than they realize.
Using Tesla self-driving is far safer than manual driving, and this was measured over 10B miles.
Planting such FUD in the minds of general public, who might not know the all the facts, might prevent them from using this technology that makes them safer.
Shame on the media for falsely blaming Autopilot when a human driver killed someone. Your irresponsible reporting will push people away from life saving technology and cost real lives.
it’s all political. the truth doesn’t matter. this is exactly why public trust has eroded.
No one has been pushing the vision of 'Amazing Abundance for all' harder than Elon
His goal is to drive innovation hard enough to hit the abundance wall......where goods, energy, and services become so cheap and plentiful that scarcity stops being the main limit on human progress
Reach even a fraction of the way toward a Kardashev-scale civilization and almost everything on Earth becomes trivial. Humanoid robots will handle the heavy lifting and most jobs, freeing humanity for exploration, creativity, and higher pursuits
This isn’t just good for some people. True abundance at scale is a win for humanity as a whole
You rarely see legacy media highlight this side of Elon
Starlink has been made free for people in disaster zones when they needed communication the most
They will run endless hit pieces, fake outrage, twisted headlines, and nonstop propaganda
But when SpaceX gives people a lifeline during disasters? Total silence
Anything that shows Elon doing real good gets buried, because it does not fit the version of him they spent years trying to sell
So instead of showing the lifeline, they push the villain story
They want people to hate Elon with the version they invented
Tesla AI is the only AI on the planet that is actively saving real lives every single day
This is AI actively improving safety on real roads, every single day. Tesla’s latest FSD Safety Report shows FSD Supervised is already reducing collision likelihood by over 80%
That is not a small improvement. That is the difference between slightly safer roads and a completely different safety curve
The current reality:
• Road crashes are one of the biggest killers on Earth.....they are the leading cause of death globally for people aged 5–29
• In the U.S. alone, traffic crashes killed 39,000+ people and injured 2.4M+ in 2024
If FSD-scale safety improvements spread across the road system, you are talking about 30,000+ lives saved and nearly 2M injuries prevented every year
And look at the causes Tesla can directly attack:
• Drunk driving
• Speeding
• Distracted driving
• Fatigue
• Bad reaction time
• Poor lane control
• Missed hazards
Tesla FSD is the path to roads that are many times safer than human driving, and it's happening at scale
