#WATCH | Kolkata | RG Kar Medical College and Hospital incident | Dr Shreya Shaw says, "We had a meeting with the Commissioner of Police of Kolkata. He has given us some assurance that a few of the demands that we placed before the authorities, administration, and the investigation team that the postmortem report and CCTV footage be shown to us. At least some of us should be able to see the evidence so that we know there is no tampering of evidence and an honest investigation is being carried out... They have agreed to our demands. For now, we have some assurance but we are not fully satisfied because this protest is still going on and not all our demands are met. Emergency and non-emergency are not going on at RG Kar till all our demands are met."
What happened in Kolkata was an inhumane, barbaric act. The person who has carried it out needs to be punished as soon as possible & the investigation should be handed over to an independent authority which can conduct it in an unbiased manner.
@PMOIndia
I won’t take criticism of Rohit Sharma. It was his dynamic leadership, tactical nous, ability to hold team together and blazing batsmanship got India this far. In fact the template he created provides vision for India to be even more creative & stronger in white ball cricket
