While every Govt office enjoys 5Dayweeks, paid Tax Free Perks & structured work-life balance, public sector bankers are told: "Serve the nation, but don’t expect dignity & Work Life Balance."

🏦 Social Welfare as punishment, pressure as motivation, & PLI as charity, Discrimination in Incentive.
📊 Record-breaking profits? Credit to policymakers. Losses? Blame the bankers.
⚠️ Security for ATMs, but not for bank staff.

India dreams of a $5 trillion economy, but expects bankers to function on exhaustion, fear & policy apathy. Burnt-out employees don’t build strong economies.
