Shri Dharmendra Pradhan is one of the finest public servants I know. He cares deeply about the youth of this nation, and particularly about rural students. We have had many discussions on how to better skill our rural youth.
I am sad to see him resign. He has put the nation above self, and my respect for him is even greater now.
Thank you for your service Pradhan-ji, please keep fighting the good fight 🙏
My last patient in the Prayagraj OPD on 23 July 2026. It was 10:00 PM.
He complained of:
- Bloating
- Acidity
- Irregular bowel habits
- Low energy
- A feeling of incomplete evacuation
“How much SunLight do you get every day?”
That’s one of the most important questions I ask every patient who consults me.
His answer: “Around 10 minutes.” (See pics for more details)
Ayurveda discussed the role of Sun in maintaining Agni (digestion and metabolism) centuries ago.
Western science & Allopathy now explores this Ayurvedic principle as “the gut-brain axis”,
yet even today, most gastroenterologists rarely prescribe sunlight as part of the treatment for digestive problems.
Ayurveda suggests there may also be a Sun → Brain → Gut axis.
Morning sunlight helps
regulate your circadian rhythm,
influences serotonin and melatonin,
aligns cortisol secretion,
and indirectly affects digestion, bowel movements, appetite, sleep, and energy levels.
Sometimes, the prescription is NOT just medicine.
👇🏻
Sometimes it’s - “At least 60 minutes of morning sunlight”.
👇🏻
Your gut may be waiting for sunrise (as per Ayurved), not another antacid.
What’s your average daily sun exposure? Tell me in the comments.

While it’s important to support our students and ask for educational reforms that positively impact the future of our youth, it’s also very important that peaceful protests by students are Not hijacked by anti national elements to create chaos & change the nature of the protest.
Seeing so much hate & divide online makes me wonder if bad elements in & outside our country have already started to work overtime to weaponise the anger & frustration felt by our students.
I have always believed in hard work, equality and excellence & that should never be compromised. I also believe in our democracy, law and order & our government, therefore I sincerely hope that both sides enter into meaningful & constructive dialogue & weed out any nefarious elements & agendas out of this protest & conversation , so the future is bright for our youth and for our democracy ! 🇮🇳 Jai Hind !
Allopathy Dr. are finally connecting the gut to almost every disease.
Ayurveda said it centuries ago:
👇🏻
“रोगाः सर्वेऽपि मन्देऽग्नौ”
Most diseases begin with impaired Agni (digestive fire).
The tragedy isn’t that Ayurveda knew this centuries ago.
The tragedy is that many still dismiss Ayurved as “Pseudoscience” because their ego won’t let them study it before judging it.
& Yes Dr Shraddhey, You’re finally reaching the stage where you realize your FATHER (Ayurveda) was right all along. It just took you years to understand it.
😊🙏🏻

“Does Ayurveda allow eating eggs?”
One of the most common questions I am receiving from last few days.
👇🏻
Yes, Ayurved permits the consumption of eggs.
But it never recommends forcing anyone to eat them - A well-planned, high-protein vegetarian diet is perfectly suitable for vegetarians.

IIT Roorkee researchers have identified key bioactive compounds in Ayurvedic Cow Urine Distillate (Gau Mutra Ark), demonstrating significant antiviral activity against the Chikungunya virus.
Led by Prof. Shailly Tomar and her team from the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, the study reports over 90% reduction in viral load using Cow Urine Distillate and up to 99.85% reduction through an optimized natural compound-based formulation under laboratory conditions.
Published in ACS Agricultural Science & Technology, the research advances scientific understanding of Ayurveda-inspired antiviral therapeutics and highlights the potential of integrating traditional knowledge with modern biotechnology.

A lot of people including allopathic Dr, and so called science lovers got irked by this study and went on to demeaning IIT Roorkee by citing that this is waste of public money because it includes cow urine, but were ok when insulin was extracted from cow, pig, and dog.
Modern medical science has progressed to such an extent that people, saddled with painful conditions, are committing suicide in large numbers.

One possibility (not proof) is that the child experienced an improvement in olfactory processing (how the brain processes smells) rather than the nose simply becoming more sensitive.
Many autistic children have atypical sensory processing, including:
📌Difficulty identifying or discriminating smells. 📌Reduced attention to sensory cues. 📌Differences in how the brain integrates smell, taste, and memory.
If a child begins recognizing different food odors (because of Ayurveda treatment), it could reflect:
👉🏼 Improved sensory integration. 👉🏼 Better cortical processing of olfactory information. 👉🏼 Enhanced cognitive association between specific smells and foods. 👉🏼 Overall neurodevelopmental maturation occurring alongside therapy and other interventions.

Science is supposed to be driven by curiosity, not certainty without investigation.
Could the improvement have happened for another reason?
Absolutely.
Could Ayurveda have contributed?
That’s also an equal possibility worth exploring instead of dismissing outright.
Parents of autistic children don’t care about medical egos.
They care about progress.
Even a small improvement can significantly affect a child’s quality of life.
Every meaningful milestone matters.
A scientifically plausible explanation:

The parents shared this development with their paediatrician - he told
“I’m not sure what caused this improvement…”
Fair enough.
Then the parents mentioned that the change had started a few months after beginning Ayurvedic treatment.
👇🏻
Suddenly, the mystery was solved.
👇🏻
The Dr immediately replied:
“It definitely can NOT BE because of AYURVEDA.”
😂
Amazing confidence!
Not about what caused the improvement…
…but about WHAT DEFINITELY DID NOT.
Confidence about a system of medicine (Ayurveda) he has never formally studied.
😂😂
One of her many challenges was that she couldn’t identify foods by their smell, along with other characteristic symptoms of AUTISM.
This case is of a 6 year old autistic girl from Hyderabad whose parents consulted me online in August 2025 (on the recommendation of an MBBS student). - She got limited improvement despite 3 years of speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other interventions.
A few months after starting Ayurvedic treatment, her parents noticed something new.
👇🏻
She had begun distinguishing foods based on their specific smells.

Very interesting. People have realized allopathy is a scam. Allopathic practitioners know what they are doing is atrocious. Instead of correcting the wrong, the practitioners want that the scam to continue. Dr Andrew Kaufman, MD explains why.
I'm all for Indianizing nurses' uniforms to suit our climate, and yes, to remove the pernicious British legacy.
But what I wonder is about priorities!
Shortages, rural access, infrastructure, training, and costs matter far more.
And if we're talking about decolonization... why are Western protocols & "Masters" like #BillGates still get to call shots in India?!
When will our true Indian soul awaken, beyond cosmetics?!
@DeeEternalOpt Funny how they feel threatened. I only spoke of effects of suppression related to chronic disease & 2 doctors immediately blocked me (of course after insulting me). So little confidence.
