Sherborn Firefighters assisted a person who walked into Station 1 yesterday with a ring stuck on their finger.
The ring was cut from the finger after non destructive methods were attempted. We provide this service at Station 1 several times per year.
Yes - we do rescue cats from trees!
Sherborn FFs rescued Cinnamon from a tree over 100 yards into the woods. FFs used a 35’ ground ladder to bring her back down to earth.

Sherborn Fire & Police working car vs. train on North Main Street. N Main St (Route 16 & Route 27) and Farm Rd are blocked by train and will be for several hours. Seek alternate route.
Sherborn Firefighters were sent to a home on Farm Road this evening for a car fire. Engine 4 arrived and was able to knock the fire down before it spread to a nearby shed. C1, Engine 3, Engine 4 & Engine 6 responded.

Sherborn Firefighters are responding to our 4th 🚑 call in exactly one hour. This included a mutual aid call to Natick, a medical in Sherborn, a motor vehicle crash in Sherborn and now a mutual aid call to Holliston.

Sherborn Firefighters were out in full force on Marathon Monday supporting our neighboring communities for the Boston Marathon.
Sherborn Quint 1, Engine 4 & Ambulance 1 were in Natick and Engine 6 was in Ashland to support coverage along the route.
