@picklemonsterG@tescomobile Worst customer service I’ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper
@tescomobile Good afternoon, it’s been 3 days now and I’ve had no contact? How long should I expect to wait? More concerned with 3 credit report checks on my account with only one being authorised by myself, I don’t think it’s being taken seriously by Tesco mobile?
@tescomobile an error on your system has ran three credit checks on my file within two hours, and I still cant proceed ordering my goods. Was told I was getting having a call back still haven’t received, contacted you again today somebody said she should have a call by next Tues?
