@AmericanAir The plane arrived into JFK at 3pm and no one could cater it in the 4 hours before the scheduled flight to MXP? It’s now two hours past departure time and we still don’t have any update. This is such a bad look, @AmericanAir
@AmericanAir Honest to God, how is it that our flight to Milan, out of JFK is going on 2 hour delay because catering hasn’t shown up?!?! Either they were never ready to cater the plane, or they flat out don’t have what the plane needs!! Freaking figure it out already!!

@AmericanAir I am an Executive Platinum member who flew ASE to LGA yesterday. I went to check my skis and was told “due to weight restrictions all ski bags will have to be shipped 2 day FedEx” which I complied (no other choice). The tracking has not updated in the past 36 hours.

@JetBlue really diminishes the experience when you force a mandatory gate check and then you get to your seat and there are 6 consecutive empty bins, now we will have to wait 45 minutes for our bags once again (same exact thing on initial flight)
