After almost 20 years with #marriott#chase#marriottbonvoy I’m leaving. The hotels and customer service are not what they used to be. I tried for 8 months to dispute a charge only to be told today that I had to have started the dispute within 60 days. #Hilton here I come!
@Expedia Please understand that I need a full refund. Why can't you send an email or something so I have a guarantee of a refund? What is so hard about that?
