@Coach_Kup That’s a fair point. I love his passion for the game and the pride in his university, but what about the companies outside the university who are making money hand over fist off of an athlete’s work? Why can they capitalize on these athletes with no benefit to the university?

Leaders should be ready to get in the trenches and serve. Servant leadership requires that you give your teachers not what they WANT, but what they NEED. Empower them to be the difference for our students.
