I would expect a rare shiny like this would take a couple of months (at least) to appear. The fact that someone got it so fast shows how many people are playing this game, enjoying it and doing cool shiny hunts. This is so fun :)

@OoCPokemon They? TPC or scalpers? TCP dont care how you get the code, they will still do this kind of events. You didnt answer my question tho, if people of lation america cant get the event the normal way, and really want the event, what is wrong buying them?
