200525- Remarkable, 1 year ago I was diagnosed HIV+. At first terkejut, takut, menangis siang mlm, and overthinking about life.

But slowly I learn to accept and move on.

Alhamdulillah now U=U. Grateful for this X community for support, knowledge, and not letting me feel alone.

Undetectable = Untransmittable is when PLHIV stay on their meds & maintain an Undetectable Viral Load, they have healthy bodies & cannot pass the virus to their partners. They can have relationships, get married & even have kids. The only thing we’re letting go of is The Stigma!!

Agak panas ya isu HIV kebelakangan ni.. Apa2 pun, saya tidaklah sokong/backup pihak tertentu. Cuma, buka lah mata. Tak semua orang dapat HIV dengan secara sengaja. Namun, jangan la pandang serong dekat pesakit HIV. Memang penyakit ni masih tiada penawar..
