Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

@British_Airways I would’ve thought emailing customer servicesx2, speaking to themx1 & writing to your CEOx2 would indicate I had a problem! Odd that you want to change my simple issue into a complaint. Plus, why should I have faith in your complaints’ process, given your failings so far ?
Great profit-making ruse by @british_airways I booked seats in August. In November BA cancelled them. When I re-booked, had to pay more for inferior seats. Tried to complain, but even Sean Doyle the CEO does not respond. Any advice @SimonCalder
@British_Airways Thanks for your response Bethan. I won’t make a complaint - as my experience is that no-one at BA does anything, and my concern is sorting matters, not setting more hares running. I hope that someone is looking at my case - albeit 37 days after I first contacted BA!!!
