@DHLParcelUK why are you allowed to advertise yourself as a ‘parcel’ service & take money from consumers when you don’t send their goods? 5 drop off points refused my pre-paid parcel b/c they are in ‘dispute’ with DHL about non collections. Is DHL now operating scams?

@dhlexpressuk The deciding factor would be actually getting DHL to send the parcel I have paid them to send. Most appalling service I have received this year…..and my parcel is still sitting here.
