Aviation & Harbor rescue two individuals involved in a boating accident in Jamaica Bay. Harbor Scuba divers assisted in hoisting one aided to a #NYPD helicopter for transport to an area hospital. The other aided was taken to shore by #NYPD Harbor boat for treatment by @FDNY EMS.
