A final-year law student, Rishi Kumar from Tamil Nadu National Law University, refuses to delete his blog criticising the Supreme Court… despite pressure from his own university.
Why?
Because the administration allegedly received calls from advocates, judges, and others claiming the post harms the institution’s “reputation.”
The blog titled “The Supreme Court of India Has No Spine” questioned the court’s decision to ban an NCERT textbook chapter on judicial corruption.
But here’s the real issue:
A law student is being told to silence himself… for expressing a legal opinion.
His response?
Clear and powerful:
My opinions are mine… you do not own my voice or my conscience.”
He even said he’s ready to face disciplinary action rather than back down.
This isn’t just about one blog.
This is about academic freedom vs institutional pressure.
If law students… the future of the judiciary are discouraged from questioning the system,
then who exactly is allowed to question it?
Criticism of institutions ≠ disrespect.
Silencing criticism = weakening democracy.
Case update for today…!!☄️

ATUL SUBHASH CASE UPDATE
Today is the hearing in the High Court of Karnataka in the case:
Nikita Singhania vs State of Karnataka (CRL.P/0002467/2026)
Nikita and her family have approached the High Court of Karnataka seeking quashing of the FIR. Once again, the system that #AtulSubhash questioned so openly is being tested.
Today is not just a court date.
Today is a test of faith.
My brother #AtulSubhash repeatedly spoke about the flaws in the system. He said the laws were being misused. He said justice was getting buried under procedures. He asked one question again and again - “Will truth ever matter?”
And today, as this matter comes up before the High Court of Karnataka, that same question stands in front of the judiciary.
Atul believed in the Constitution.
He believed courts are the last hope of a common man.
But he also exposed how painful and one-sided the process can become.
He said “Justice is due.”
Not revenge. Not hatred.
Just justice.
Today, we ask -
Will the High Court examine the facts with fairness?
Will truth be heard beyond narratives?
This is not about one person.
This is about every man who feels unheard.
If justice is due - let it be delivered.
If truth exists - let it be seen.
Today, all eyes are on the High Court of Karnataka.
Let the system prove that justice is not biased and justice is not just a word…
but a living reality.
A father met his son only 2 times in 4 years — not by choice, but by court orders.
Today he celebrated his birthday without his child, yet surrounded by the SIFF family who stand with his pain.
Parental alienation is real. Fathers matter. 💔

The boy’s side of the story will never surface on Instagram or other social media. Only the one sided narrative of ‘you go girl, more power to you for calling out the marriage’ will spread. This guy might face many fake charges and may end up losing his mental health.
Update
The groom, Rishabh Saxena said that the girl didn’t want to marry him because of his plus-size body.
She kept body-shaming him.
Now her family is asking for 50 lakhs and his new house to take back the fake dowry case against him.
Always hear the man’s side.
