The scariest thing about #BANDAR isn't the violence, not the jail & not evn the system. It’s the faces. Those faces don't look like characters but people who escaped reality and got trapped inside the film. Days later, they still stare at me from somewhere in the back of my head.
Most films end when the credits roll. #BANDAR begins after the credits. The ambiguity of the climax is like a prisoner released from the screen into your mind. You keep thinking you understood it, until it comes back at 3 AM and proves you didn’t.
#Cinema at it's peak!
#BANDAR din’t disturb me when I was watching it. It politely waited fr 2 days, entered my head & then started rearranging my thoughts. It made me fear jail not as a place, bt as a species of human existence.Cruelty begins in the first frame & never asks fr forgivenss till the last
After Goli Maar, Pinjara feels like the rare song tht brings bck the raw unapologetic spirit of chaos & uncomfortable truths. Most songs entertain #Pinjara provokes
It doesn't ask you to dance it dares u to look at the cage u've willingly built around urslf

Most films show villains controlling people #Pinjara shows smthg far scarier ppl controlling themslvs on behlf of invisible villains Its sarcasm cuts like a smile hiding a knife its endng lingers lke a nightmare tht refuses2 admit it ws nly a movie

#Pinjara doesn't mock the system. It mocks how eagerly human beings volunteer to become spare parts of the system.
The horror isn't in what happens on screen. The horror is recognizing fragments of yourself in every trapped soul walking through its frames.

The haunting part of #Pinjara is not its darkness. It's the realization that the people outside the cage are often more trapped than the ones inside.

#Pinjara in #Bandar is what happens when a cage is built not with iron bars but with beliefs, fears and social approval. The most sarcastic thing abt it is that nobdy is forcing any1 to stay inside
they are guarding their own prison

While everyone will be debating the themes of #MaaBehen, I am still trying to figure out how @tripti_dimri23 manages to be both the most distracting and the most compelling thing on the screen at the same time.
@tripti_dimri23 is incredibly gorgeous. Watching her in #MaaBehen felt like Monica Bellucci's screen presence meeting Meryl Streep's command over emotion, except the most striking thing is that she ends up reminding you of neither. She is entirely her own phenomenon.
Brilliance of #MaaBehen is not in what it says, but in what it makes you realize about things you thought you already understood. It starts as one film and quietly transforms into another by the end, exposing the story behind our assumptions.
For most people, waiting is a waste of time. For an @anuragkashyap72 fan, waiting is a genre. I have been waiting for #Bandar since it was announced, and today the wait itself feels like the opening scene of the film.
Soooooper excited
The funniest thing isn’t celebrities being disconnected from reality.
It’s middle-class fans with EMI stress and sinus problems defending millionaire lifestyles like they’re protecting family honour.
Thanks @RoshanKrRaii@imVkohli@AnushkaSharma
The Dark Knight made people believe chaos has philosophy.
#Inception made people pretend confusion is intelligence.
I love both because #ChristopherNolan beautifully manipulates audiences into admiring their own psychological torture.
The loudest thing about @vr_dineshravi's career is his silence. No self-congratulation, no noise, just one transformation after another. @beemji have found yet another version of a man who refuses to repeat himself. Counting days for this one.
#PaRanjith8
@vr_dineshravi is so unrecognisable in this that I had to double-check the cast list. That's not acting. That's identity theft sanctioned by cinema.
Also mistaken for @actorshabeer for a second.
#PaRanjith8
The irony of @vr_dineshravi is that the more versatile he gets, the less people talk about him. A true shapeshifter who disappears into characters instead of headlines. Thanks @beemji for reminding us what real transformation looks like. Waiting for this one desperately.
