Extremely disappointed with the service from @airtelindia. The internet connection is unstable and the issue keeps recurring. What’s worse, support tickets are marked “resolved” without actually fixing the problem or providing any proper conclusion.

Sorry but my experience with @airtelindia postpaid is just #pathetic
Serious network issues since 5 months but no resolution
Everytime i complain, i get a 2 weeks timeline and it is closed without resolution
Even appellate and nodal office has disappeared
All fake claims about priority services on postpaid
Now they dont even respond to my complaints
