Today is the Feast of the Epiphany.

‘Epiphany’ means “shining forth” or “manifestation,” in which God was manifested.

Jesus appears as the human Messiah of Isarael and the divine Son of God, with the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Together, these four pillars of wellness help us to be focused and deliberate, which can help us grow a more intentional relationship with God.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! -2Corinthians 5:17

The spiritual (4) is your relationship with God in living out your vocation faithfully. Am I praying? Do I act with love? Do I go to Sunday mass? Do I go to confession? Do I spend time in adoration?

Set three goals that will help you grow deeper in your relationship with God.
