@RalphSchindler5 @bluesfolio @mcuban Much higher frequency of sales reps in USA, they are there to support cases and provide instant support as you suspect. They are often critical members of the team, but usually paid on commission of implant sales so yes there is a bias and it does effect implant pricing.

@bluesfolio @mcuban Kickback to surgeon? Would highly doubt that. Even the surgeons that design the implants are not allowed to receive royalties on the implants they personally use. Kickback to hospital in terms of rebates, research support and contractual discounts based on other items I get.
