Acknowledging your mortality can help with perspective. Life is finite. How you participate is your choice. Discern where you allocate your focus, energy, and time. Own the power of your thoughts, words and actions. Let mortality motivate you to live intentionally.

Don’t repress your truth to protect others from discomfort, and don’t let fear of their reactions hold you back. Authenticity will either elicit meaningful conversation, or it will highlight incompatibility. Authenticity honors time and energy.
