@Qantas I want to be supportive but these conditions don’t work. My planned flights until the voucher expires will cost less than the flight credit each or are multi-city! Unfortunately I have to cancel & wear the cancellation fee. Please consider more flexible credit conditions.

@ANZ_Newsroom To clarify, my question was in relation to the cash rate cut - you’ve passed it on to home loans. Will you be passing it on to deposit rates too? The deposit rates are already below inflation at the moment so I’m hoping you won’t be. @ANZ_AU

@Qantas Hi, how do I claim back for the hotel due to having to stay overnight because flights were cancelled? We were told to book it ourselves and we’d get $200 reimbursed. Was given the link to the customer feedback page but it doesn’t have a link specific for this that I could find?

@Qantas what’s with the cancellations lately? My last 3 flights, all within the last week, have been cancelled. It’s quite disappointing how commonly this is now occurring. Two out of the 3 times I’ve lost my row 4 (extra legroom) seat too.

@Qantas I understand all this - it happened three times this week. But that’s not normal for QF and your frequent flyers expect better than a cancellation rate that’s worse than JQ, TT and VA as per recent BITRE statistics. What are you doing to address this?

@Qantas hello, are there restrictions on how early we can check-in/drop off luggage at Manila airport (MNL)? My flight is at 7pm tomorrow, will I be able to drop off my bag and go through security at 2pm or earlier? Thanks.

@Telstra is there a 4G outage in Sydney? My phone stopped working at central. Poor Telstra connection at central is a common occurrence granted, but it hasn’t worked at all since then. I’m now in Erskineville and it’s the same.

@Telstra Poor connection at central is ongoing - just went through and I was getting 2.93 Mbps on 4G! The complete lack of 4G is new though, it fixed itself at some point yesterday. Last restart was two days ago when I installed iOS 13.
