Our @UHNM_NHS ERCP data over the last 4 years.
- Apart from 1 severe pancreatitis (pseudocyst), rest all have been mild
- All the deaths have been related to perforation
- Pre ERCP EUS for low probable stones - led to ERCP cancellation in 34.8% in 2024

We will be discussing 5 different endoscopic drainage options including the novel UK first use of a special stent >2 years ago which has the potential to revolutionise the management of such patients
