@dhl absolute disgrace. Picked up at package in ProvidencialesTCI how can you charge $110 for a package who’s contents that cost less than $200 for me to collect when I have already paid $35 in shipping! I get there’s import tax of 35% but that does not equate to $110

@canva Hi. I am trying to sort my Canva account out. Noticed I have been paying twice a month since October 2025. Had 2 email addresses and had cancelled the [email protected] the account I want has been cancelled [email protected]. I need this back but when I try it wants to charge me again and I have just paid twice!!!! Your help on the web is useless. Just goes around in circles and gets me nowhere

@canva Thanks. Tried that. I did use another email account. That was deactivated. Everytime I go to the Canva help it just goes around and around in circles. The two emails are [email protected] and [email protected] the skimbles31 is the one I use

@canva customer service is abhorrent. I have picked up that I have being paying for my account twice a month since October last year. Trying to get help but your ‘help centre’ just takes me round in circles!!! I expect a full refund of or the duplication

@britishairways My flight man to pls was canc last night. Init told they couldn’t fly until 12th Oct then was told I was booked on a flight via Mia today. told I’d be at lhr for 4 hours for flight to Miami. Turns out booked me on the VA flight tomorrow! So 28 hours at LHR

@ACRO_Police good day. We are very concerned that our request for courier service to Turks and Caicos islands has been sent by Royal Mail and a refund was given for 39£ This will not reach us as there is no postal service here. I have emailed but the auto response is 10 days

@CIBC_FCIB please get in touch asap. My husband has been trying to get a resolution since 30th Nov. Keeps getting fobbed off! A pmt still pend in his account. He had to go pay it again and is $840down. He’s tried the branch in TCi Providenciales & online chat. No avail!

@CIBC_FCIB help! I tried to deposit a cheque at the leeward highway branch (Providenciales) in the atm It took the cheque then returned my card. No verification or confirmation that the Cheque was deposited. It said transaction cancelled but didn’t return the cheque
