When I requested to speak English, she disconnected the call abruptly. Why would i pay you when I have to get the water from outside? Technician told it is PCB issue. Machine needs to be replaced. Happily closed the ticket without replacing it.The support team opened a new ticket

@HSBC_IN Hey, I tried to apply for a HSBC on 29th Dec 25, unfortunately i couldn't complete the application. The same day i reached out to the customer support. They said they informed the application team would call me in 24 hours which didn't happen till now

@HSBC_IN As i mentioned earlier, there was no reference number generated. Because application submission was not fully completed as I chose some option during selecting consent which resulted in immediate exit from the submission process. It gave me a message that I've to wait 30 days.
