Reality:

get one client → get good → get confidence → get more clients

You can’t do it in the right order.
You just have to start in the wrong one.

Plan perfectly → build fast → ship clean

Reality:

Plan too long → build confused → ship scared → learn everything

The second path is the only one that actually works.

Building with AI looks like this:

Day 1: this is incredible
Day 3: why is nothing working
Day 7: okay I fixed it
Day 8: broke it again
