@santanderukhelp Hi there, it is the cross street branch in Manchester, I checked online prior and it was listed as one that was open. I also recently tried to visit the urmston branch on a Saturday and it had closed at 12.30 but was listed as being open until 4.30 online.
How is anyone supposed to do personal admin like change their name after they get married if they can NEVER make it to a branch. This is ridiculous @santanderuk@santanderukhelp the 3rd branch this has happened to me at. There should be a way to make changes like this online.
