Elements That Build Strategic Context
Drawing on research from the research institute Management Analytics and over 15 years of experience, the Strategic #Leadership team has identified six elements that reinforce strategic #context in organisations https://t.co/jVBeT8Nttf
Consistency isn't the hard part.
It's the only part that matters.
Success isn't about having the best ideas.
(Everyone has ideas.)
Success isn't even about starting strong.
(Everyone can swing a hammer once.)
One workout doesn't build strength.
One sales call doesn’t build a business.
One post doesn't build an audience.
So how do we become more consistent?
Make it so easy that skipping feels harder than doing.
The truth is most people quit because it stops being exciting.
It’s more fun to come up with ideas for a book.
It’s less fun sitting down to write 500 words every morning.
So lower the bar until it's laughable:
→ 500 words? Start with 50.
And it works because once you start, you usually keep going.
But even if you don't, you've honored the commitment.
Nail consistency and one day you’ll step back and realize you've built something.
