I'm genuinely frustrated and deeply disappointed.

I've trusted @RaenestApp for almost 3 years, which is why this is so upsetting.

My clients sent me payments, and you guys deducted the funds twice. The third time, you took every single dollar that was left in my account.

I reached out to support multiple times, but no one responded. After repeatedly chasing for an answer, the only response I got was that my account had been "temporarily suspended."

No warning. No explanation. Just my clients' payments and my hard-earned money gone.
I trusted this platform for years. At the very least, I deserve a clear explanation and access to my funds.
