We haven't been able to respond to all connection limit exemption requests, partly due to the volume of them and also partly due to the mail server problems.

However we have processed ALL of the exemption requests that we have received!

There may be some progress anyway. I'm seeing successful deliveries to hotmail etc but still unclear as to whether we're rate limited and what the limit might be.

If you are emailing us from a Microsoft email address (such as @live.com, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com etc) you may not receive a reply from us as Microsoft are currently blacklisting our mail server. If you know anyone at @Outlook who can help us get off their BL let us know ;)
