@jet2tweets You are missing the point. 9 hours in the airport with no communication then just to cancel flight after telling them it would be delayed. No alternative flight offered so the entire trip had to be cancelled for this school kids. And jet2 did not care. Thats the problem.

What a joke. 18 months this school trip has been planned. One storm no alternative in place. I 100% appreciate it not being safe to fly. So why tell the kids its a 4 hour delay then cancel the flight without telling anyone? How come Ryanair managed?
