4yrs ago I was lost and at a crossroads in my career. An opportunity to work for the SMFCSD would turn out to be the greatest experience in my career. The SUPPORT, PEOPLE, HUNGER TO BE GREAT was exactly what I needed. Today ended this chapter but not before I say THANK YOU STOW!!

@MaryKayCabot Can someone in the media investigate what the Browns are or are not doing with sports performance training to reduce injuries? Players have had soft tissue injury problems for years now. Players shouldn’t be getting hurt in pregame warmup or at practice.
