Lebanese President Joseph Aoun to CNN: Naim Qassem does not represent the Lebanese people.

In the last parliamentary election in 2022, Hezbollah received the highest popular vote count of any political party in the country with 335,466 accounting for 18.56% of the total voter count in the election.

This in result turned into 13 parliamentary seats, and without those seats you Joseph Aoun would not have entered the presidential palace.

The total voter data for Hezbollah and its allies came out to 704,637 votes while Aouns allies had 235,343.

An Israeli "Namer 1500" armored personnel carrier (APC), the military's latest model, was successfully ambushed and destroyed by Hezbollah FPV drones, triggering massive internal explosions and engulfing the vehicle in flames.

Israeli rescue operations were completely paralyzed for several minutes as a third drone hovered over the site, successfully evading air defense systems and keeping first responders at bay.

Hebrew media outlets have classified the ambush as a "highly severe incident," confirming that the heavily armored vehicle was packed with troops when it was struck, resulting in a mass loss of life among the soldiers inside.

Main points from the statement issued by Hezbollahs Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem:

1. As long as our villages remain unsafe, bombed and demolished, and our people are killed, the settlements will not be safe, and they will witness our might and our resolve.

2. We have not given anyone a commitment not to resist aggression and to respond to its attacks. As long as the aggression continues, we will confront it with all the strength we have.

3. As long as the occupation exists, the resistance will continue.

4. We are only concerned with stopping the comprehensive aggression by ceasing fire and withdrawing "Israel" from our land.
