2025 P Blake Donze has officially committed to continue his academic and athletic career at Eastern University.

Blake has been a part of the Self Made program for the past four years and has continued to develop into a hard working competitor both on and off the field.

Blake brings a great work ethic, a winning attitude, and a willingness to compete every single pitch on the diamond. He is the ultimate competitor and always did whatever was asked of him and whatever was best for the team. Blake is the type of player you want to have the ball in a big game.

His dedication to his craft and competitive mindset have helped him earn the opportunity to continue playing at the next level.

Everyone at Self Made is proud of Blake and all the work he has put in over the years. We’re excited to watch him continue his baseball journey at Eastern University.

2026 OF James Genovese has officially committed to continue his academic and athletic career at New River Community College.

James has been a part of the Self Made program since he was 10 years old and was a member of one of our original Self Made teams. He currently attends John Paul the Great High School.

James is the definition of a team player. Over the years, he has played multiple positions and has always been willing to do whatever is asked of him to help his team succeed. His hard work, dedication to his craft, and selfless mentality have made him an important part of our program for the past eight years.

It has been great watching James grow and develop into the young man he is today, and we’re excited to see him continue his baseball journey at the next level.
