Dr. Rajesh Lall, an Indian-origin former Florida cardiologist, was tased and Baker Acted after a chaotic arrest at Bartow Regional Medical Center on Sept 19.

He had been terminated and trespassed from the hospital in January but showed up anyway, driving recklessly through the parking lot. When ordered to leave, he refused, resisted officers, pushed one into a car door, and continued fighting while they tried to cuff him.

He now faces multiple charges: 3 counts battery on a law enforcement officer, 3 counts resisting with violence, resisting without violence, and trespass. Medically cleared then bonded out of Polk County Jail.

Lall specialized in cardiovascular disease and was affiliated with several local providers including Lakeland Regional and Premier Heart & Vascular Center.

Why is @CBPCommissioner doing nothing about the 250,000 illegal aliens driving 80,000-pound trucks on our highways?

Most Americans don’t know this, but Border Patrol agents are perfectly equipped and trained for highway enforcement.

They have the authority, the vehicles, the systems, and the mission to identify fake documents, pull over unqualified drivers, and remove people who shouldn’t be here.

Yet they’re being kept out of the interior.

So either the Commissioner doesn’t know about this massive safety risk… or he doesn’t care.

Both answers are unacceptable.

This is willful neglect by design.
