I enjoy science class best, because my baba is a doctor who teaches chemistry at the university and makes my science homework fun. My parents love me very much, and call me their little darling. During playtime, I ride my scooter up and down the street with the other children.

That’s how I met my death on September 4th at the hands of the Occupation while playing on my scooter with my friends in the street when a missile fell on us. My baba had been reluctant to let me go outside, but I convinced him, not knowing that would be the last time my parents would see me alive.

A recorded call by the PRCS with a 15 years old girl who was asking them to help her before they lost connection with her.
The girl was killed alongside her parents and siblings, except of a 7 years old child. The child called PRCS again and told them that all her family were killed, and begged for help.
The PRCS sent an ambulance after coordinating to rescue the child, but they lost connection with the team.
17 hours passed since the ambulance was dispatched and no news about the team or the 7 years old child.

Suwar and Suleen Mohammad Al-Rais, 3 years old

The war came while I was far away from them, traveling to Egypt for treatment. They were in the arms of their mother, and I would call them every day to check on my beloved souls and my heart. On November 1, 2023, they were displaced from Gaza to Khan Yunis and settled in the city of Hamad.

On November 20, an F16 aircraft targeted their house, and Suwar, the beloved, and Suleen, the beloved, along with two of their aunts, were martyred. Suwar's beautiful body was torn into pieces, while Suleen, the beloved, lost half of her head along with parts of her body injured by shrapnel.

I only had these two beautiful, innocent girls, the loves of my heart and soul, and everything beautiful in my life. They were the most beloved to my soul, the essence of my heart and spirit, the sanctuary of my mind, and the oxygen to my body. They were martyred, and I was deprived of them, and my heart tears apart at their loss. I didn't even have the chance to bid them farewell or look at them with a parting glance.

Suwar and Suleen were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on the house they had taken refuge in on November 20, 2023.
