#ITEC9400 #selfefficacy A6: I had to learn how to troubleshoot parent computers remotely to enable students to complete their coursework. My customer service skills certainly improved, and it has helped since with families who have checked out Chromebooks for virtual learners.

@coachknight538 I did this some with my Brit. Lit. Students. They could write a traditional paper over our unit, or they could write a creative piece akin to what we’d read. My favs were Shakespearean sonnets and satire. Those were hilarious! 🤣 #itec9400 #selfefficacy

If they’re trying to use interactive websites on an interactive panel, their TPACK needs to be high to ensure effective student engagement and achievement.
