There are (IMHO) exceptions, but largely, yes. He's correct. You can't wake people up. They have to initiate the process themselves, at some level, of their own accord.

That d/n mean you can't try. But everyone who has tried runs into the same wall. In fact, that's a feature of the control system, not a flaw. Given human nature, does it not make sense for the powers that be to lean into certain human qualities as both a control mechanism and a backstop against losing control of their illusion?

As the speaker points out, calcified beliefs, pride, ego, skepticism, cynicism, denial, and rigid beliefs combine in various ways to create a rather impenetrable fortress—even with people/family who profess to love us. We all know this is true. They'll protect the construct their entire life is based on b/c it's the reality they've accepted as being true. And until they're ready to challenge that, which can be terrifying, it's more often than not a fool's pursuit.

That's why I press forward, disengaged from battles I can't win. It's not worth the aggravation. Sure, call truth to power and say your piece in support of what's happening. But letting go of the desire to push back against everyone's individual defenses, as though YOU have to convince them, leads to a more serene life experience.

FWIW, everyone will have to come to grips with things of their own accord as they unfold. At some point it's going to be undeniable as things play out and many of these barriers will come crashing down. That's when all the knowledge so many have gained comes into play. The same people will be thirsty for it.

Now the truth finally comes out that the state of New York wants the Amish people‘s properties and land so they can build their data centers. How disgusting 🤮
 The Amish of Central New York told the seditious Governor Kathy Hochul they would pack up, abandon their farms and leave if the Governor tried forcing vaccines on their children. The Governor fined them over $100,000 and demanded they comply anyway.
When the Amish decided to fight back, taking the wicked Governor to court, Hochul's minion Senator Fahy drew up even more legislation to pressure them to leave, attacking their children again, this time through an anti-homeschooling bill.
Tens of thousands of acres of cleared Amish farmland are at stake. The Amish have spent decades clearing their land by hand and horse. The hard work has been done.
But if the Governor has her way, the Amish will be forced to sell that cleared land to the solar farms and data centers knocking on the doors for it.
Who will help the Amish stand up to this maniacal Governor? We need to expose this on social media and we need to get the right people involved to represent the Amish and help them fight This evil demonic power and control of New York.
