Permanent DST is a mandate to wake an hour earlier than Standard Time, to start school/work in darkness all winter. It would put sunrise past 8am for 3+ months in most states, past 9am in 18 states.
Permanent Standard Time is the only safe clock!

Proponents of the PCSA continue making its main purpose clear: let the NCAA go back to capping athlete compensation w/o consequence.

While letting every other expense source continue to be market based.

If athletes didn’t have significant value, a cap wouldn’t be needed.

You don’t even have to pay them at all.

But the market is telling us how much they’re worth.

If the product is the sport and not the players, there would be no need for the "PCSA" because colleges and universities wouldn't have been falling over themselves to "pay" athletes, bidding up the prices so much that they are seeking govt intervention.
