@airindiain unable to do domestic travel check-in via website, mobile app or call center. Web check-in option opens up a health screening form which I submitted, but no option for e-boarding pass. Mobile app displays that its airport check in. Call center #5 doesn't work either!

@dhume @Twitter By muting or blocking, you are instantly shutting them out without a chance to course correct. At least some of them might change with a warning and then ignore those who still continue to abuse...but you'd get a true evaluation of all reactions to your views (if you want that!)

@dhume I'd say just ignore. Ideally @Twitter can have a rating mechanism for each comment in a tweet. Any troll using abusive language should get marked such, leading to automatic suspension. And maybe in future AI can enable no abusive language to be even posted in the first place!
